Due to the perishable nature of our products, BeatBox Beverages cannot accept returns on alcohol once it has been delivered; however, we are committed to ensuring your party never stops and will replace any damaged or incorrect orders.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please check your BeatBox shipment for any signs of leakage or packaging damage that may have occurred during transit.
- 2.Contact Support
If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- 3.Evaluation
Our team will review your claim and photos to verify the damage or error against our quality control standards and shipping logs.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will immediately process a replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method for the affected items.
